"Effies op rust" is located at a rustic road through the village Berkhout. Next to the house there are two parking places, where you can park the car(s). The terrace at the south side is 40 M2, with a view at the countryside. At the ground flour are located the scullery, toilet, cellar and the hall. At the First flour are located a big bedroom at the south side, a little bedroom at the eastside, a little bedroom at the north side. The bathroom with second toilet is located at the Southside.
Games and (Dutch)books are in the cupboard.

You have the disposal of: gas cooker, water cooker, microwave, coffee machine, senseo, dishwasher and washing machine.
You also have the disposal of: bedclothes, dishtowels, tea towels and bath towels.
